Acceptance of terms
BLACKANDWHITE Ltd (Kerry Barugh trading as BLACKAND WHITE Ltd "we" are committed to supplying quality products and services.
SUPPLY OF GOODS
We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock or available and pricing is true and correct. However, we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order for inventory or other reasons.
Generally, target delivery time frames are between 5-10 business days within New Zealand.
PRICING
All price of goods on our store include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax, but do not include the cost of shipping (or the GST component of that cost).
Shipping charges are shown separately during the checkout process.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returned goods.
We will, in the case of defective goods, meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. However, where you acquire or hold yourself out as acquiring goods or services from us for the purposes of a business, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act will not apply.
PRIVACY
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us and may also collect your IP address. We may use your contact details to keep you informed about our products and services. We will comply with the Privacy Act.
When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
