APPLICATION; Using BLACK&WHITE's Retractable lip brush apply directly onto the centre of lips, blending outwards. Use lip liner to line and prime, or BLACK&WHITE's Lip Primer. For more coverage, apply additional coats and finish with BLACK&WHITE's Lip Lock if desired.
