RECIPE Bestow Overnight Oats

1/2 cup of organic rolled oats or buckwheat groats1/2 teaspoon of himalayan salt1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)1 cup of water

Place in a lidded jar or covered bowl and soak overnight. You can add seeds such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and dried fruit such as raisins, chopped apricots at this stage. You can also try adding small amounts of other spices such as turmeric or cardamom for extra health benefits.


In the morning add chopped fresh fruit, a dollop of dairy free coconut yoghurt, 1 tablespoon of Bestow Beauty Oil or Bestow Beauty Oil Plus and a pinch of cinnamon. Add nut milk if you feel your oats are too thick.
